Our Mission Statement
The LaBelle Group, Inc, through our retail outlet "Quality Products Depot", remains
committed to the proposition that our customers determine our success.
With this frame of mind, we measure our achievement and accomplishments
through the eyes of our valued customers. Quality has always been, and
will always continue to be, the top priority in our business. While
cost competitiveness remains a major factor in all of our offerings,
customer satisfaction while delivering the highest value with utmost
quality is our main focus. As a small business we can
offer our customers genuine attention, respect, and service that large
corporate retailers fail to deliver to their customers. We will never
view our customers as invoice numbers, but as our neighbors and friends.
Who We Are
The LaBelle Group, Inc. is run
entirely from our in-home office which allows us to keep the cost of
our services down so that we can, in turn, pass the savings onto our
customers. Unlike our competitors - both large and small - we will never
take advantage of our customers in the form of price gouging, nor will
we ever manipulate our less-knowledgeable customers by providing poor
quality merchandise. We are confident that our integrity and ethics
will be reflected in our quality, and our attitude.

don't think like business owners...we think like customers - something
